College Internship Application:-The internship program at WCTV-14 is a hands-on, real-world experience to help educate future industry professionals open to students in any two or four year collegiate program.  Consideration given to college age students in certificate programs related to our mission. Rolling Admission.

Equipment Sign-Out

Detailed description of all equipment signed-out of WCTV  for field use.

Handbook-Terms and conditions to follow within the scope of WCTV productions, facilities, and usage.

Individual Talent Release- All talent and guests are required to complete a sign the release form.

Membership Application:-Join the WCTV team of volunteers and submit your completed application to wethtv@wctv14.com

Request to Broadcast-Complete this form to broadcast a show through WCTV and either email the completed form to use at wethtv@wctv14.com or by our mailing address.

Statement of Compliance-Agreement to follow WCTV and public broadcasting rules of operation.
