Please indicate the name, month, day, and year of the program your are requesting duplication. Unfortunately, there are no refunds of any duplication, however, if within thirty days of purchase there is a problem with your conversion, we will provide a second copy free. We will have your duplication ready within 7-10 days.

We are working on getting our archive programs on-line, where you can view which programs to duplicate.  This is on on-going process that takes time, but keep a look out as we continue to grow WCTV.
